2. Role of 724GetTransfer

724GetTransfer is an electronic reservation and intermediary platform. Its purpose is to bring passengers requesting a transfer service together with independent transport suppliers capable of providing the requested service.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the reservation voucher, 724GetTransfer is not the owner, operator or carrier of the vehicle performing the transfer. The actual transport service is performed by the supplier/carrier shown in the reservation records, voucher or service documentation.

The carrier providing the service is responsible for the vehicle, driver, operational performance of the journey, legal transport permissions, mandatory insurance, passenger/seat insurance, vehicle maintenance and all obligations directly related to the carriage of passengers.

724GetTransfer remains responsible for its own obligations relating to its intermediary activities, reservation coordination, communications, payment processes where applicable, and personal-data processing.

3. Reservation Information and Voucher

Before the booking is confirmed, the passenger is informed in writing of the essential details of the requested service, including where applicable: pickup and drop-off points, date and time, passenger count, luggage details, vehicle category, flight information, total price, payment method, cancellation terms and special notes.

The reservation voucher, written confirmation message and the final agreed booking details form an integral part of these Terms. In case of inconsistency, the final written reservation confirmation and voucher prevail for the relevant transfer.

4. Confirmation of the Reservation

A reservation becomes binding only after the passenger has received written confirmation from 724GetTransfer and has accepted the notified conditions. Acceptance may be given electronically, including by replying “I CONFIRM”, “CONFIRMED”, “ONAYLIYORUM” or another clear written approval.

For last-minute bookings, availability is not guaranteed until the supplier and 724GetTransfer have issued written confirmation. A request alone does not create a confirmed transfer reservation.

5. Payment Methods

Depending on the reservation, payment may be made directly to the carrier in cash, by a secure online payment link, by card, bank transfer or another method notified in writing.

Where the passenger pays the carrier directly, the carrier is responsible for collecting the transport fare and issuing the relevant invoice or receipt where legally required.

Where payment is collected by 724GetTransfer through an online payment link or card transaction, payment and invoicing processes are handled according to the commercial arrangement applicable to that reservation. The passenger will be informed of the payment method before confirmation.

Payment-link requests may be required, particularly for last-minute reservations, reservations requiring advance commitment, or cases in which prepayment is necessary to secure the vehicle and supplier.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

The passenger must provide complete and accurate reservation information, including contact details, flight number where applicable, pickup location, destination, number of passengers, luggage information and any special requirement.

The passenger must be ready at the confirmed pickup point and time, keep their telephone/WhatsApp connection available where possible, and promptly respond to reasonable written messages concerning the transfer.

For airport pickups, passengers must follow the meeting instructions included in the voucher or written confirmation. If the passenger cannot find the driver or meeting point, they must contact 724GetTransfer in writing before leaving the airport or arranging an alternative vehicle.

The passenger is responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, entry permissions, travel documents and personal belongings are valid and available. 724GetTransfer and the carrier are not responsible for losses caused by missing, invalid or insufficient travel documentation.

7. Flights, Delays and Operational Changes

For airport transfers, the passenger must provide the correct flight number and immediately notify 724GetTransfer in writing of any known change, cancellation, diversion or significant delay.

Reasonable operational coordination may be provided for flight delays where the correct flight information has been supplied. However, waiting arrangements, vehicle availability and operational solutions may vary according to the supplier, airport conditions, traffic, legal driving-time limits and the circumstances of the particular transfer.

If the passenger arrives at a different terminal, exits from an unexpected gate, leaves the agreed meeting area, changes the arrival flight without notification, or becomes unreachable, the transfer may be treated as a no-show if the carrier cannot reasonably complete the pickup.

8. Cancellation, No-Show and Refund Terms

Unless a different written condition is stated in the reservation voucher:

  • Cancellations made by 18:00 on the day before the transfer are free of charge.
  • For cancellations made after this deadline, 100% of the agreed transfer price may become payable.
  • For bookings made after the standard cancellation deadline and more than 6 hours before the transfer, the passenger may cancel free of charge within 1 hour after written confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
  • For bookings made 6 hours or less before the transfer, confirmation is immediately binding and no free cancellation period applies.

A passenger is deemed a no-show where, for example, the passenger does not appear at the agreed point and time, cannot be reached through the contact details provided, leaves the meeting point without contacting support, or independently takes another vehicle despite the confirmed carrier being present and available.

In the event of a no-show, the full agreed service amount may be charged or retained. This is because the vehicle, driver and supplier capacity have been reserved and may already have been dispatched for the passenger.

Refund requests are assessed according to the reservation records, written communications, voucher, payment records and available operational evidence. No provision of these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right applicable under the relevant law.

9. Failure to Provide the Confirmed Service

If the confirmed carrier fails to provide the agreed service for reasons attributable to the carrier, 724GetTransfer will make reasonable efforts to coordinate an alternative solution where operationally possible.

If no suitable alternative can be arranged and the passenger has incurred a reasonable, documented additional cost for an equivalent replacement transfer, the case will be assessed based on the confirmed booking price and supporting documentation. Any applicable reimbursement is limited to the reasonable difference between the confirmed transfer price and the documented equivalent replacement cost, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. Accidents, Insurance and Carrier Responsibility

In the event of an accident, emergency or incident during transport, the actual carrier and its insurers are responsible for the vehicle-related and transport-related legal processes, including mandatory traffic insurance, passenger/seat insurance and other insurance coverage applicable to that vehicle and service.

724GetTransfer may assist with communication and coordination, but does not replace emergency authorities, the carrier, insurer or competent public bodies. In an emergency, passengers should first contact the relevant emergency services where necessary.

Passengers may request information concerning the service supplier and, where appropriate, the carrier’s relevant documentation through the written support channels.

11. Passenger Conduct and Damage

Passengers must behave in a manner that does not endanger the driver, vehicle, other passengers or the journey. Smoking, alcohol consumption where prohibited, illegal substances, threats, abusive behaviour, deliberate damage, excessive contamination or conduct contrary to public order may result in the carrier refusing or terminating the service where legally and operationally justified.

The passenger may be responsible for damage, extraordinary cleaning costs or losses caused by the passenger or persons travelling under the passenger’s reservation, subject to applicable law and documented evidence.

12. Service Evidence and Payment Disputes

To protect both passengers and suppliers, 724GetTransfer and/or the carrier may retain reservation messages, written confirmations, vouchers, payment records, vehicle assignment information, driver communications, location records, airport parking records, operational logs and similar evidence relevant to the service.

Such records may be used to assess cancellation requests, no-show claims, card-payment disputes, chargeback applications, complaints and legal obligations.

If a passenger claims that the service was not provided, the assessment will be made using the available evidence and the actual circumstances of the reservation. A passenger who leaves the meeting point or uses another transport option without first contacting written support may lose the right to claim that the confirmed transfer was unavailable.

13. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable personal-data legislation and the 724GetTransfer Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy.

Reservation information may be shared with the relevant carrier and service suppliers only to the extent necessary to organise and perform the requested transfer, process payment, provide support, meet legal obligations and protect legitimate rights in the event of a dispute.

14. Complaints and Written Communication

Questions, complaints, cancellation notices and refund requests must be sent in writing to:

WhatsApp: +90 850 441 18 87

E-mail: [email protected]

For a faster review, the passenger should provide the booking reference, name, travel date and a clear description of the request.

15. Final Provisions and Acceptance

By confirming a reservation, making a payment, accepting a voucher or using the transfer service, the passenger confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and the final written reservation details.

These Terms are governed by the mandatory provisions of Turkish law, without prejudice to consumer protections that may apply under the law of the passenger’s habitual residence where legally required.

In disputes, the mandatory jurisdiction and consumer-dispute mechanisms provided by applicable law shall apply.
